Was surprised that he wasn’t arrested on the spot at the time tbh. Seems like an absolutely vile prick.

It's always reported on the news that he was arrested for an incident in which he called her a Nazi. Now whilst he did, the offence he was arrested for was a little more than that. The reporting seems to trivialise it, from my perspective at least

He has a great business model - tell people that don't watch the news that certain things aren't being reported on the news. Why didn't I think of that????

Im on record at the time as saying what they did was out of order but what would you have had him arrested for?

Public Order Offence - I think he was using words ( such as you quote ) in a manner likely to cause offence - using threatening and abusive words with an intent to cause alarm or distress. That in itself is an offence under section 4a.
