Interested to know if anyone else has gone veggie, it's something i have thought about for a little while and have decided to give it a go. I'm struggling if i'm honest and have slipped a couple of times over the last 5 weeks.

I never realised until i tried this how difficult it can be to get a meat free meal if you go out anywhere, most places have options but they are quite limited.

I was wondering if any veggies out there went at it 100% from day one or did they gradually cut down, i have had it suggested to me that i allow myself fish as a treat if i lose my willpower and then slowly reduce this until I am off meat completely. I can see what they mean but it seems to defeat the object.

Any advice?

I have been veggie for about 30yrs,i never really liked meat so that was easy to stop,i used to have fish fingers and cod from the chippy but as i went veggie for animal cruelty reasons i stopped that as well.It is much easier now to get meals out so you won't have a problem there, try different places if your usual ones don't give you much choice

It's alright. Just replace it with quorn and that. I'm not a veggie but will make some veggie meals, you don't need to have meat in every meal as @TCIB would suggest haha!
