Anybody got more information on these bad boys? I know that the club dictate where your seat is but is there any other requirements to get your hands on these? A certain mount of points perhaps from previous years ?

I think it's first come, first served and only open to existing season ticket holders. This is from the OS:

Value Gold – A limited number of Gold Value Memberships will be available to buy from Monday, 28th May. They will be offered at a very special price and will give you the same benefits as Gold membership, the only difference is we will choose where you sit within the Stadium. Value Gold will only be available over the phone. If you’re looking for fantastic value, with optional benefits, then Value Gold is the membership for you

What you have to bear in mind is that there's not a bad view in the stadium. You'd be really worried if they did them at Liverpool or Everton although having a bad view of the pitch at either of those shitholes isn't necessarily a bad thing.
