When someone steals on goldenballs after they have said they will split, is this not breaking a verbal contract.

I don't know anything about law really, i'm just wondering if there is any weight to a verbal contract in life.

Verbal contracts are notoriously difficult to enforce.
"Ah" you say "it's been winessed by millions." All participents on the show know the rules and understand that if they reach the final pair what they or their opponent can do.
The whole show's about bluffing and lying

Lad I went school with was on it. They have to convince each other they will share don’t they. Anyway for £50k they both said they would share as they couldn’t risk getting nothing because they both had kids etc etc. He stole. Set him up really. But a cunts trick

Anyway. Assume they sign a contract prior to going on the show that would supercede any attempt to sue under breach of verbal contract
