Is this the last year of his contract or is this wishful thinking?

Yup it is, this is the best we can do really as no one is going to take him on permanently with those wages. Even if Brighton pay 25% of his wages, better than nothing.

Santa Cruz and Michael Johnson's last year too. Ade has two years left.

Ade is an even bigger problem
in what way?

In trying to find a home for him with a contract twice the size of Bridge

This man *cough* "freeloader" is a joke. Going out on loan again, but this time down to the Championship when he could easily slot straight into any mid/bottom table side in the Premier League. The sooner players like this and RSC etc leave the better.

I read we pay 80k and Brighton pay 10k per week. Which fucking genius organises these deals ?
The same genius who has actually managed to get rid of him.

Taking away his wages he is shit. Not good enough for any team in the prem unless a run of games miracously improves him. Just get him out and away from the team.

His mrs thought they were gonna be the next posh and becks, do you think the penny has dropped with the daft bitch yet?

Joined Brighton on season long loan..pissed off. Wanted him out permanently, he has no motivation for sport, just the money..
Its the last year of his contract so he is gone. We aren't going to be renewing it!

Our own fault for giving such players such wages! We upped Johnson's wages in December so much that it's hard to find a buyer for him now too even though he's tentatively in the shop window. I fear we'll never be able to sanitize wages at our club now as even the fringe players earn more than some top players at Spurs and Arsenal make.

Bridge gave me his last match worn City shirt and got it signed by the squad, which is now a title winning squad. Thank you very much Wayne! Legend.

Relax, he has gone permanently in a way. When his loan deal ends....he is a free agent.
