We need grafters and battlers, even if their passing range is basically passing to a player who can do something magical I don't care. That is what play makers are for, they do the majority of the passing so others don't have to. So if we sign a Parker type signing remember he can very easily pass to Ireland/Robinho/SWP to go for the killer ball, he can do the defensive work for them.

Big difference between someone whose game is purely offensive (Elano, Robinho and Ireland, SWP to a lesser extent) and someone who has a balance between defense and offense.
