Gravity

it s not fair, who did the type-casting???

with bullock and clooney in i d just sit there(cinema) hoping they both die so i cant leave early....a nice slow burnout over the earth would be cool.

poor casting, wont float with me!

Brilliant imagery but the story..... Best watched if American with half a brain

Saw it is afternoon in 3D and the CGI (or whatever was used) is mind blowing

Saw it last night this review above rings true found it good for 45 mins but then it got a bit silly as they stretched it out.

My post in the last film thread:
Gravity.
Beautiful cinematography, Iffy science, terrible dialogue but some very interesting themes of life and death, contact and detachment reliance and independence.

Not the best film I've seen this year but very good nonetheless.

The image of Sandra slowly curling into the foetal position was beautiful as were many other symbolic moments. I mostly wanted to shout "to infinity and beyond" whenever Clooney was on screen :-)
