Dean Saunders, Liverpool v Villa I believe. The one where he cracked it on the volley from just passed the halfway line and near the touchline. Also, a whole variety of Le Tissier goals, especially the one v Blackburn, made even more sweet by the fact they were chasing him at the time with their millions, when in reality they didn't have a chance.
