Grodon Strachan is setting his sights on an exit.

Having watched a few bits and pieces recently (I get to see stuff on the NE local news as well) it seems to me that Strachan has now gone from bored arrogance and dismissive behaviour with the press to a resignation that he will be shown the door.

I also had a chance to chat with a close friend of Keith Lamb's who is a neighbour of mine and there are some rather unhappy people in the boardroom at Boro.

That said there is no panic at the top and he still has the support of Gibson the owner but the signs on TV and the noises off suggest Strachan is the one looking for a way out.

That'd be a genius sabotage job. Spunk a load of money on mediocre SPL players, lose your interest, collect your pay off, claim you weren't given time and walk into you next job after a few months in the Sun.

He signed some of the best players from the Scottish league like Boyd and they still aren't good enough to form a quality Championship side. Says a lot really. Strachan is a dud, just like so many of his fellow ex-rags in management.
