It was a gift to Pep from Mr Halfords wife,something he wore and had owned for years.So i would imagine it isn't currently possible to buy a replica.

Search 'Tartan flat caps' - i'm sure you'll find similar

I know the City tartan came from A.S Campbell in Selkirk , Scottish Borders. Whether they still produce it or do the caps I don't know.
