Sorry if that is an obvious thing, but I'm 16st, stupid and a tad desperate.
Exercise alone won't work, make sure you check your calorie intake 2500 for man on a daily basis, but you should try and aim for under 2000.
The problem with that way is you can still put weight on through fat and carbs even tough the calories are low
