Had tooth out today

I have lost three in recent years and a wisdom tooth i never knew i still had , all my old crowns/ fillings are breaking and getting abcesses , breaking at gum level so cant be saved , luckily none at the front , never got dry socket but i am anal about sticking to the instructions
