There's a new match day car parking site at the former CIBA Geigy site on Ashton New Road offering half price parking with a voucher downloaded from their website <a class="postlink" href="http://www.mcfccarparking.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mcfccarparking.co.uk</a>.

It's 2 minutes from the ground, holds 500 cars and is a fully secure site

The offers just on for rest of January

oh and here's a map of where the car park is!

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.mcfccarparking.co.uk/downloads/map.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mcfccarparking.co.uk/downloads/map.pdf</a>

Looks handy that although it might be a bit tricky getting away after a game with the congestion.

There are some cheap car parks down the side of Hancocks confectionary , opposite Ashburys station ......... think i saw a couple with one being two quid to park , and another only being a quid.

Only bugbear is it's a 10/15 minute walk to the ground.

You can use this half price car parking voucher (£2.50) for the Wigan Game this saturday <a class="postlink" href="http://www.mcfccarparking.co.uk/downloads/voucher.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mcfccarparking.co.uk/downloads/voucher.pdf</a>

You will need need to check the map though on <a class="postlink" href="http://www.mcfccarparking.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mcfccarparking.co.uk</a>

Hope this helps

It's fine walking from there. I get the train to Ashburys and walk most games.
