We also have more tickets than we got for Shalke , people from Germany have been on here saying we have 2986 for Hamburg so around 3500 points if not lower should be ok

Use the online thing, you register using your customer number and address. Easy, I did it!!
can you explain how please mate. There used to be a log in option at the top of the page but thats gone now. How do I see my ticket history. Im sure Im missing some points

Go to this link and if you've never used it before you register. Then it's as simple as your customer number and your post code for your password. If you have a seasoncard you don't have to register!
Go to Membership section and My account and purchase history.
