How many times has the handball rule been changed this season ? Twice or is it more ?
Surely the integrity of the league is being undermined with these 'changes' plus new guidelines on the offside rule. You would think the powers that be are just making it up as they go along.

sensible changes, though I would go further with offside and make it feet only but making it clearly defined by the armpit and not the stupid t-shirt rule is a step in the right direction.
