Asa was in the tunnel club seats (i wasnt, i just looked across) last week at the Everton game with, i presume his grandkids and family, he looked well and the young'ns looked like they supported City, cracking midfield player he was, underated.

Great piece on the official website re Asa Hartford. Part 1 just released. One of my favourite City players of all time. Great player for us in the 70s/early 80s. Always gave his all.

He was before my time, but my Dad eulogised about him as a player. I was diagnosed with a hole in my heart when I was born, so had an affinity for him growing up!
