Don't like to speak ill of the dead, but I can't abide by that policy if I say anything at all about this bloke (to avoid any doubt , Swales, not Bill!). And given that I watched City for not far off Swales's whole time chairing the board, I feel entitled to comment on him.

I'd add to the above by commenting that Swales became an FOC by starting out as a weapons-grade fucking **** and then getting old. Nor does he deserve my mollifying that sentiment slightly by using asterisks in the swear words.
