Never had a lot of time for the cockney pretending to be Scottish bloke tbh. Happy birthday anyway, please give up before you get as embarrassing as Macca, Cliff, and all the other dinosaurs of pop.

Happy birthday Rod. Just finished reading his very entertaining biography last week.

A very good read, even if you are not a fan. Unlike many rock stars he has always had his feet on the ground, and has never been up his own arse, except a brief period between 1976-8, which he admits he does not look back on fondly...he lost the plot a bit, although personally I thought his stuff was OK.

Eight kids, three wives, and the ALL get on very well.....how many can say that?

Always been a fan and saw him in Blackpool in the early 1970`s.Have loads of his C/D`s and as much as he is noted for Maggie my all time favourite is Hot Legs.
    Happy birthday.
