I've seen some people treated like lepers for saying that.

I personally think they aren't as good as they are hyped to be. Disney are now bleeding the whole thing dry. Lucas best trilogy of films was Indiana Jones IMO.

I had the choice when it came out as me dad took my brother. I opted for Abba the Movie with me mum instead, don't hate!

Star Trek was written for adults in the sixties. Star Wars came with little plastic action figures in the seventies.

Enjoyed the TV show. It's on Saturday nights here on the "oldies" channel, will watch it occasionally.
