I will be learning "We Didn't Start The Fire" on guitar today in honour of this thread and the things I read this morning before Ric decided to nuke all the evidence.

It is amazing how so many people who are on my ignore list seemingly spend so much time writing about me on Bluemoon. I guess I leave an impression even with those people I go out of my way to avoid ;)

The stage where I have not got a fucking Scooby Doo mate. I posted last week I felt it was done because the club felt they'd agreed something with Levy (or at least someone who would know something like that told me that). This is obviously not the case, so for me it is time to let this play out now.

This is obviously not the case, so for me it is time to let this play out now.

Not moved from the view I had a couple of months ago on this one, from what I was hearing then this would keep running till the week before the Arsenal game and then it would get done in time for that game. Nothing has changed apart from a potential of it running a little longer than that if things are as tough as SOME people are trying to make out.

I’m taking this as a positive - there’s generally no need for either side to be feeding continuous drivel to the media if it’s progressing as expected, so we do tend to see relative quiet before any deal is concluded.

Could be nothing, of course - but generally that’s the pattern.
