Harry Kane

With Kane on the way out i could see Levy trying to tempt Aguero. Levy loves a bargain & Aguero on a free would be right up his street.

His feet will have fallen off by the end of September playing in our setup. He's one or two injuries away from a 6 month layoff. Great player but has the ankles of Samuel L Jackson in Unbreakable.

He plays around 30 games in the league per season which is not bad...But still his injury reputation seems scary. With him we would probably be the best team in europe. We can get 5 years solid from him..

There is also a rumour Pep wants him so if we get him, we can convince Pep to stay for more also..Overall seems like a nice idea. Hopefully he stays fit for us if he comes.

The alternative is we buy Kane this summer and United buy Haaland next year.
This is the issue for me. Kane would be an excellent signing but what would worry you most, Kane joining a domestic rival or Haaland joining a domestic rival? Long-term I would be very concerned about Haaland going to United or Chelsea. I still can't forget Kane's disgraceful challenge on Sterling either.

Have we any confirmation of the Sky report? If Kane has told Spurs he wants to leave, and if we knew nothing about his intention, our club will have a carefully thought out transfer strategy for this transfer window at least. The club will not be taken by surprise and we will have plans to meet all eventualities. If we are genuinely interested in Kane - and there is a lot to suggest he is an option on a list of targets - we will deal with it. We will not rush in if he is not our first choice but we will take action to make sure another club doesn't beat us to him while we miss out on a player we prefer. I'll trust our club to get the player we want.
