In the pre match interview saying he warts to play first team football at City, but if he's not playing first team football, he'll have to look to going somewhere else.

I mean I like the lad and I do think he should be our number one, but who the fook does he think he is. He's under contract and should bloody well remember so. He signed it!

It's like trying to blackmail Mancini - "either you make me number one or i'm off" - and he's bang out of order keep blurting this to the press.

I could go off Joe Hart very rapidly if he keeps this up.

He's not blurting anything to the press. He was interviewed by ITV, who have exclusive rights to tonights friendly. Do you think Capello chose to be there like that in his interview? He answered a question, nothing more, nothing less. I for one agree with him though, he should be our number one and I wouldn't blame him if he went elsewhere if he was on the bench. Hart is our future, Given wasn't Mancini's keeper, so no better time to now get Hart back to being our number one, as he is going to be Englands number one for many years to come.

Just a young guy who wants to play football and speaking honestly, don't see the problem with it tbh!

Both our keepers are acting like cnuts. Bring back Gunner!

But seriously, I like hart far more than Given. Really hoping he gets the nod at Spurs.

Saw that yea,so thats both of them now to say somert, wooooooooooo its gonna be so exciting now for satday,am unsure who will get the nod,I really am.

My gut feeling thinks it will be Given though who starts at Spuds, but then again.............

The bit you seem to be missing is that it is not the players decision as to whether he plays for us or not. Whilst he's under contract he plays for us or whoever we want to sell or loan him to. If we don't want to sell him or loan him out, TOUGH SHIT.

I agree with you. He can say what he likes but should choose his words carefully imo. Did he really need to say I'm not willing to sit on the bench and will be off if I don't play..........could he have demurred instead and said something along the lines of he hopes to be no.1 and not mention seeking an exit if this doesn't happen.

If we are all entitled to our opinion as Hart is, will we as city fans boo him and tell him to fuck off if he has a series of poor games....

I don't see any problem with any of the intervews this week with Hart, Given or Bellamy.

Hart and Given are too good to be sat on the bench and Bellamy is too good not to be playing football for somebody.

And all three made it perfectly clear their ideal is to play for us but it may not be possible.

I would guess unless someone over pays. We keep Hart,, and loan Given on August 31st.. no need to send him off till were sure we want Hart to start every game.
