It tastes great, and is great fir you, but, obviously you make it to your own taste.don't think I could take that much garlic, don't want to smell like a Frenchman.

As mentioned, Dan toombs is good.I make curries and they are good, but not like restaurant good. I was wondering if any of you had perfected a sauce that would raise the bar? If you are thinking Korma, keep it. Ta.
If you like tarka dhal Google it with chilli pickle as a suffix. It's a Brighton restaurant and I have tried it and it's lovely.
You say you make a good curry so I don't know what level that is but if you use fresh spices and grind them they taste so much better.
Fry the hard spices before adding base sauce or other ingredients such as onion.
Add the ground spices after that.
Chettinad chicken is easy to make and disproportionately delicious.
