I use his Chicken Rogan Josh recipe a lot, it is very good indeed

Also his Lamb Keema recipe is very good.

Mamta's kitchen do an excellent keema recipe too.

Didn't know that you're a pescy. Try Rick Stein's cashew nut curry. Superb. Also try roasted curry cauliflower: par boil, steam and then mix with oil and spices. Curry powder and turmeric is a nice starting point and you can go from there.
Chickpeas work well too.
