Has anyone put their central heating on yet?

It must cost you a fortune, I'm getting my log pile sorted for winter, the heating won't go on until November, fires a about September but they're free and I like them on.

Luckily we have downsized to a one bedroom flat that is very cosy so about half hour and its scorchio, it was bad when we had a 3 bedroom house though it was forever on, point is that it's nearly June it should have warmed up by now

8 to 10 tonnes a year, it's a good job I live near a forest:)
