tolm as always been good,
what a lot of people fail to understand is both parties can back out at the last minute, even secound.
take for example rooney , he was a lot closer to come to city then anyone would ever let out .

Depends what you mean by 'reliable '. Some have come up with the odd gem but I don't think anyone is consistently on the money. Wouldn't be without them though as the board would be far less interesting without them.

Cavani, Isco and Fernandinho are on the way though ;.)
