Have City dropped a clanger by selling Cole Palmer?

Well, as expected, Palmer did nothing tonight despite the commentators mentioning his name every time he went near the ball.

It's a long season and he has got to do more than score the odd penalty :)

Turned over regularly, as this game was dull as ditchwater.
However, saw Cole get dispossessed in the middle of the pitch, as his control was not the best and he is still lightweight.
He was very good against City, but against teams sitting deep with aggressive defenders, he will lose possession getting knocked off the ball.
However, Chelsea players do have a knack of "folding" and getting free kicks. So he will soon learn this dark art.
Don't think he will start so many games as the season goes on...

Interesting to see the British media building him up to be some kind of superstar. As soon as he has a few bad games they’ll be knocking him down
