I was having a look at the League Cup, as i was sure we had retained it one year but turns out we won it 13/14, 15/16 & 17/18
I can't see an instance of us ever retaining silverware, perhaps we have? all change this year....
Not in a major comp, I think the closest would be getting knocked out in the SF of the Cup Winners Cup by Chelsea the season after winning it.
