There was something commanding about him. The talent wasnt a good as it is now but he managed to drag a result out on his own. For a defender that was something, I don't think we see nowadays? Anywhere. Maybe vvd.

Stones is very good - but injury prone.

Lately I very much rate young Khusanov.

And Dias, in spite of limitations, shored up our defense years past - but beats me what defensive system we're aiming towards.

Dias is slow - and thus isn't great when the need to retreat on defense if obvious.

Dias isn't great at passing/composure on the ball. He's OK.

Dias exceles in defense in the box.

He's another proper CB but needs to be played in games where he'll excell.
