Having to keep logging in

Morning, Blues.

I have the ‘stay logged in’ box ticked, however whenever I come away from the forum I am having to log in again each time. I’m not even closing the page, just going onto Facebook or whatever, yet when I comeback on it has logged me out….

What browser/device are you using?

If you’ve got anti-ad or anti-cookie software installed that might be the reason.

Alternatively try clearing your browser cache

You're not using an incognito page by any chance? That won't store your login credentials. If not then start with removing all of your BM web history.

I’ve not changed anything. Using iPhone like always. It’s only started doing it from this morning.

It’s not that. I have BM set up as an app and never use safari for any thing else. I have Google for browsing online.

Perhaps it's the way you phrased that and I don't have an Apple product to check but are you saying you created the app shortcut using Safari? I think the app is actually just a subset of the browser so being in private mode could still be the issue? Try deleting it and then going to BM via Chrome and create a new shortcut from there.
