I have been privy to information. Could be wrong, I am not ITK. In addition reading the posters on here who have in the past been pretty good at judging transfer speculation, our stance in the matter, the Kompany factor I think this was nailed on till Chelsea entered the fray and maybe only reason my % is not higher is that London may be more attractive to live than Manchester.
