Helicopters hovering for hours

What's with the two helicopters hovering above the city for two hours? I think it's gone now but my first thought is some event coverage?

Were hovering from 1 and when I return around 3pm they were still in the skies.

It appears the helicopters are being used to help film a documentary in Manchester city centre.
Reporter Jon Macpherson is in St Peter’s Square where there are posters explaining there is a documentary being filmed today by Shine productions.

They were above mine in Swinton for a while at about 2pm
