Help: How to get rid of Fastsave pop-ups?

These fastsave pop-ups keep well..popping up. So I was on the OS, and underneath the image, it says see similar and stuff.

Also every 20 words everywhere is blue and underlined twice, and if I click, it goes onto this Survey.

Any idea how I can get rid of these?
