Since you can't uninstall Internet Explorer, am I going to have to wipe my hard drive and reinstall the OS? Somehow I got a Trojan Vunda virus, whetever the fuck that is.

You can uninstall IE in add remove windows components
And a trojan virus is nothing to do with Internet explorer. you may have got it while browing a website but a torjan is a backdoor into your system, think trojan horse, get a decent Antivirus program and it should sort it.

now run updates before running scan...when scan is done, click fix

Thank you both for your help. I had the IT guys at work look at it, and they just wiped it.
For anyone who gets Vundo in the future, http://www.malwarebytes.org/ takes care of it (free software)
