Help required with new laptop.....

    ...for some reason in all browsers, the facility to hover over menu's, and they open without clicking, and similarly on here if you hover over a thread title, it previews it, isn't working, and I can't find a way to turn it on. Javascript seemed the obvious problem, but that is fine as far as I can tell, and turned on.

    Does anyone have any idea how to turn this on ?

    Its a HP Envy, running windows 10, and it doesn't work in either firefox or chrome.

    Is this a new laptop? Have you got all drivers downloaded? (if so, check for updates) Is Device Manager showing anything untoward?

    Yes its up to date, and device manager is showing all is well.
    No that's fine too

    I think its down to it being touch screen enabled to be honest, maybe just have to live with it.
