Just in case anyone agrees with me about this odious, nasty little excuse for a hack why not send him the occasional message on twitter -

<a class="postlink" href="http://twitter.com/henrywinter" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://twitter.com/henrywinter</a>

I for one may well send him a message or two.

'Pile of grit by reception at Eastlands. Pity Robinho doesn't have any. Hughes might be in a job if Brazilian was more warrior than weakling.'

Blame the foreigner. Same old antics from a British journalist.

I hope you dont mind but I will take things a little more high brow.

I am starting a rumour suggesting that Mr Winter is racist and anti-arab and that that he has a personal agenda against our owners.

I wonder how long it will be before he feels as if he is being unfairly portrayed and try to answer his 'critics'.

I will keep you informed as to whether he answers my Tweets

Here's his for today -

I've been to some car-crash press conferences...but this Cook-Mancini one here at City was something else. Mancini cool...Cook rattled..

Pile of grit by reception at Eastlands. Pity Robinho doesn't have any. Hughes might be in a job if Brazilian was more warrior than weakling

Outside Ice Station Eastlands, waiting for Mancini. Similar snowy climes to Asprilla's famous arrival at Newcastle. Hope he settles better.

Poor old Mancini, a nice guy - with exquisite shirts - heading into a bear-pit of a presser today. If Cook fails to show, it will sum him up
