I had one about 4 years ago, went on holiday and the doing nothing for 7 days made it go back in. You got any holidays booked?

Far from it, very busy time coming up, lots of moving of things......
Mrs KS55 had a hernia which she ignored. Finished up with half her guts in her thigh. Emergency op. Touch and go. All well in the end. So my advice is to get it checked out. Rest, perhaps with a little manipulation to push it back?

Far from it, very busy time coming up, lots of moving of things......
Going to make it even worse if thats happening, get someone in to do it for you if you can. My mate had one and kept playing football with it and ended having surgery on it.

I had a navel hernia and had an operation to correct it.But by fuck the pain afterwards for a few days was awful.
