Heywood OSC / Bury OSC

Hi all,

are there anyone from the Heywood or Bury OSC on bluemoon? I've tried contacting the heywood branch via email a few times over the past few years but never had a response.

are there any regular members that post on here that could point me in the right direction of the chief in charge?
