-chelsea are the 4th highest
-the rags are in the only other english team in the top 30
-we are waaaayyyyy down in 86th, which comes as quite a surprise to me, maybe our players aren't getting paid as much as the figures that have been speculated about in the press.

I think we topped £100m for the wage bill this year.

A long way to go to catch up the Rags and Chelsea (amazingly approaching £200m), but similar to "prudent" Arsenal (who passed £100m in 2008) and Liverpool.

So we could still be fifth highest payers(!), but I suspect that we'll be third after the Summer.
