Highlights On The Terraces This Season

Gosh, there's been so many. Where to start?

Obviously the victories against United(especially) and Stoke at Wembley.

Blackppol away. The atmosphere and everyone piling down the steps and smashing into each other, whilst being 2 feet away from the players.

Aris. Was great. That includes the other Europa home games.

The two home games against Villa. Great banter and best away support at COMS this season.

But for me it was Poznan at Home. The game that started this new journey/era off in my opinion. Not on the pitch, but I'm sure as the season went along it did have an impact along the way, but on the terraces.

What a great and magical night. It changed us and our support for the better. Poznan fans from the off, as well as us. But after the goals kept on flying in, it just got better and better.

And the rest is histroy. :-)

The Family stand starting the Poznan at the West Brom match! The partying at the Wolves match - until they got two goals back and set up a tight finish! Alan Alan. Last week at The Reebok - "he's got five" and the Edin Dzecko chant too omg what a season. Role on August

the atmosphere at wolves at home was cracking !
but my favourites are either reading or poznan at home, though i did enjoy blackburn away, great atmosphere (bar THAT yaya chant) , and very important game and great to see edin get the winner :D

For sheer humour, the moment Alan came on for Salzburg.

It was minus 18 or something stupid that night, but the laughs we had made a chilly night memorable. The atmosphere that night was most enjoyable.

Peter Crouch sticking the ball in his own net was also sweet revenge.

For atmosphere it has to be the opening home game v bin dippers. Everyone could see the gulf between the teams and I've never heard them so quiet. Not to mention the fact that our owner was there to witness it. Stoke on final game at COMS was good in terms of volume too.
Loved the Poznan game but got to say it was nothing to do with our fans. All down to them. Aris was cool too but again mainly down to them as well.
Generally the atmosphere has suffered due to the empty seats littered around the place. IMO Only when it's full does COMS really bounce although credit to the Singing Section and SS for having a go each week

Poznan for the 1st time at West Brom away
Poznan at Leicester (planned for 24th minute and we had to go and score on 23 mins - I was fooked after doing 2 on the trot)
Chorus of "there's only one Neil Young" at Leicester
The celebrations after Yaya's goal v the rags in the semi and on the final whistle - never hugged so many people in my life
Goes without saying but the celebration at the end of the cup final - I was a wreck for those last 5 mins but then the joy as the whistle went - unforgettable

We are the North Stand vs. we are the Kippax chants (and the following Poznan battles). MR spirit alive and well at CoMS.

Bolton going 'ooohhhh' every time the ball went within 30 feet of our goal!

Finally getting the Poznan going in all the FS (as opposed to just the 4 of us doing it before then!)
