Holiday Suggestions for November

As per the title really, struggling to decide on where to go for 5/7 nights away this November.

Ideally we want a relaxing break but at the same time want the opportiunity to see things, explore the local area and attractions etc.

So far, we've looked at Dubai, HK, and the west coast of the US (LA/SF mainly).

Any suggestions welcomed and considered! Dont really want to spend more than £2k on flights and hotel for the both of us.
