    The Gambia is awesome, but not sure whether you'll get better deals for flights/accommodation etc. If Cyprus is "too far" then 6 and a half hours on a Thomas Cook flight won't tick the box! It's cheap as chips when you're out there though.

    I always thought "up the Euphrates" was some sort of prison slang.

    Me and Mrs TGGG decided on Hurghada for April.

    Just hope there isn't another revolution like last time. Had terrible trouble getting an umbrella for my G n T
