Covid and travel discussion

Read in a few places that tomorrow afternoon is gonna be a double announcement.

The standard traffic light announcement that we get every 3 weeks (should've been today but guessing delayed purposely), with countries being moved across the lights accordingly.

And also the 'reform' of the system itself.
Reports suggesting that 'amber' will disappear altogether and the red list will be halved, leaving just 2 lists of countries; go and don't go.
Also that double jabbed people can do an antigen test on arrival back in the UK instead of the current PCR requirement. Which as we all know has been a total con job from the beginning.

As always, with this shower of shite in charge then everything remains to be seen.

If above is correct, it begs the question.....why the fuck wasn't this done 2/3 months ago?
They have hidden behind this mystical data all summer, and now the season comes to a close they decide to relax the rules.

Twats.
I prefer Cunts

Wonder why they keep delaying the anouncment ?
Think restrictions returning from most countries will be lifted
UK seems to have the highest Covid rates in Europe so some more ountries in the future might not except people from UK
Must admit the government has been useless & clueless from.start to finish during the pandemic
Could givecem.a bit of slack for the first couple of months but since then it has been one fu*,k up & u turn after another

Where I am has gone into lockdown so we’re only allowed out for shopping and exercise. It’s meant we have had to shelve our mini breaks this summer and autumn but atleast it’s 30 degrees out and not the worst spot to
be locked down.

The government beed to scrap the pointless "2 day test", it is nothing but a scam to generate income for their pals at Random and other companies in the private health sector. Travellers take a test 2 days before departing their destination, they shouldn't need to take a further test 2 days on arrival at home unless they are experiencing symptoms.

There going to be a lot of fly by night PCR centres in tears if we are led to believe the usual drip drip bollocks from our government, why they can’t treat us as adults and just release the details is infuriating.

Off in five hours to Tenerife. After the last 18months will just be “chilling out”.You are all going to cheer the lads on,just a little bit louder,Don,t want Pep moaning.

They have just gone into level 2 restrictions which gives them longer opening hours and 75% capacity which is definitely a positive. Out in mid Oct so hope it at least remains that way
