Ireland just introduced PCR test for getting in, my mum and sister going Friday that’s another few quid they are down, going for 3 days, plus isolation when they get back all for a bloody wedding!
 
Omicron going to put the brakes on air travel..especially long haul

i have this exact situation, folk flying in Friday for 3 days. Thing is, they how can they land friday and be at the do on Saturday? is any airport PCR test quick enough? If they test positive they're a bit knackered....
 
Yep. Still very early days for the Omicron and there are positive vibes about it being milder than the other main variants. If that turns out to be the case, it could be short term pain for long term gain
It's looking that way, my gut feeling we're in the end game..
