Holloway is an idiot! Isn't it a scientific fact that the warmer you keep yourself, the less likely you are to get an injury? Muscles tear more easily when they are cold as they are stiffer, less flexible and less elasticated. Keeping any body part covered will surely ensure that muscle retains heat? Right?! It's not 1975 Holloway, let's not romanticise about by gone days when men were men and everyone drank mild, it's 2010 and science rules!

Besides this rant, he's just really annoying!
