I've got access to next doors apple and pear tree. I fancy making cider, any tips?

Concentrate on the wines OP as they will not let you down and are 100% bomb proof. However dip a little deeper as some of the kits are outright gash. A good starting point relative to price/risk/reward is from the Beaverdale stable and across the board there products are peach Lorraine. If you then want to advance to the higher echelons I can recommend more but as a starting point of £1.30 a bottle you wont go wrong.
