Hotels in town for Saturday

If anyone else has ever stayed there then they’ll know it’s not worth £25.00. Even more worryingly, this was one of the cheapest.

I understand Arctic Monkeys are on at the cricket ground and then The Weeknd at City too. You’d imagine a cab back to London would be cheaper than the price of a Travelodge.

Sleeping on the grass in Piccadilly Gardens is better.

Airbnb is cheaper, but still expensive. Worth a look at the available accommodation. Easy to get into town and back again.

I’m not stopping over. There’s usually a late train to, apologies, Liverpool and then I can get home from there.

Just amused by the prices for hotels I’d often get for £40 during the week. I understand supply and demand etc.

Exactly. I won’t pay it out of principle and there’s something special about the last train / bus. It’s a circus on wheels and full of characters.

You can’t buy that experience anywhere else.
