Hotmail loading blank screen

Anyone any ideas?

I have a customer at work whose laptop just loads a blank white screen when she goes to hotmail.com, there is the exclamation mark in the corner inside the yellow triangle, but it says 'done' by the side.
I have tried it on my laptop on the same wireless network and it's fine. I did a full virus scan and it was still the same. I flushed DNS, released and renewed IP and it was still the same.

Finally, I installed Firefox, did NOT import settings, and it was exactly the same on that too.

Checked that unfortunately. It's fine on other computers on the same network, I even put it in the trusted sites zone to try and force it through.
