Housewarming Present

My mate has recently moved into a flat with his missus.

What do you think would make a good housewarming gift for the both of them?

I'm pretty crap at figuring out what to get someone. So i thought that i'd ask my fellow blues and see if they can come up with a decent present idea!

Depends on budget.

Toaster, nice glasses for the kitchen, lamp etc.

If the house is modern and they are blues go for a city portrait canvass or something ;)

Budget is around £30 - £40.

Just bring around a few bottles of wine most of the time most people have got what they need for the house so its just a waste of a toaster or whatever at least with a bottle of wine you might get a drink out of it so its a win win.

Very good idea, give them vouchers for somewhere like Argos so they can get something they need. As mentioned, they've most probably got a toaster however they need some smaller items ie wine rack, steak knives etc

Which they could easily get with vouchers.
