Did not wear a poppy. Also United go on about teams singing about the busby babes anyone hear some of there fans booing/singing in the silence against Chelsea. Just dont understand it really.

Cant say hat I noticed them singing or booing during the silence, I would be very supprised if they did to be honest. May be the singing might well of been fans coming into the stadium not actually knowing that the silence had started, I have seen this happen on a few occassion's.

There's a huge thread about this already. Up till recently plenty of clubs didn't wear them - this year someone at the Daily Mail decided it was the most important issue in football and they ended up shaming most clubs into putting them on.
Given the publicity, the rags should probably have just gone along with it - but I'm actually quite pleased that not everyone caves in to the Daily Mail's bizarre idea of morality.
